 Landlord Portal is a new online tool that allows landlords with tenants on the Portland Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs to review information pertaining to your issued payments, tenants, scheduled/completed inspections, and tax forms at your convenience, without having to call or visit the Portland Housing Authority offices.

 

WELCOME TO PARTNER PORTAL - Partner Portal is a great tool for Housing Choice Voucher (Sec8) landlords to view their information with Portland Housing Authority (PHA). As a registered landlord you will be able to easily access your Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) for your each of your Voucher tenants monthly. You can also view recent Inspections and Abatements.

The information regarding payment to landlords on behalf of tenant rent subsidy reflects activity that Portland Housing Authority's computer system has generated. Please contact your bank to verify the deposit into your account. If your payment was mailed and you do not receive it within 10 business days of the effective date, please contact Sasha Philbrick at (207)773-4753 ext 8237.
